This policy explains how Judesign3d collects and processes your personal data when you use judesign3d.fr.

2. Data collected

  • Identity & contact: name, postal address, email, and phone where applicable.
  • Order data: products ordered, personalisations, purchase history, invoices.
  • Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.
  • Personalisation files: visuals, photos, texts or logos you send us to make your products.
  • Browsing data: via cookies (see section 6).

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Order management and customer relations — performance of the contract.
  • Invoicing and accounting / tax obligations — legal obligation.
  • Sending the newsletter and offers — consent.
  • Audience measurement and site improvement — consent / legitimate interest.

4. Recipients

Your data is shared only with providers strictly necessary to fulfil the order: payment provider (including PayPal), carrier (Mondial Relay) and host (o2switch). No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Retention

Order data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, then archived under legal time limits (notably 10 years for accounting records). Marketing data (newsletter) is kept until you unsubscribe or after 3 years of inactivity.

6. Cookies

The site uses cookies necessary for its operation and, subject to your consent, audience-measurement or personalisation cookies. You can manage your choices via the consent banner and your browser settings.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to set post-mortem instructions. You can exercise these rights at contact@judesign3d.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

The site is secured with HTTPS (SSL) and the seller implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
