Personalised products: no withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised.
As our products are personalised and made to order (your design, text, photo or a chosen design), they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Defective product or error
If your item has a defect or does not match your order, contact us within 14 days with a photo: we will arrange a replacement or refund.
